Kristi works in Professional Billing as a Physician Accounts Representative III and has been with All Children’s since 2005. Several coworkers nominated Kristi for Employee of the Month honors for the outstanding Service Excellence she provides everyone she comes in contact with. Kristi’s coworkers said:

She is a leader and team player. Kristi continually assists all fellow employees with instructions and procedures – she always takes the time to explain not only how to do something, but why, and that gives her coworkers the knowledge to succeed. She is very thorough, patient and makes sure you have everything that is needed to ensure you have the knowledge to do your job correctly. She is always willing to answer any question. Anytime anyone has a problem, she is there to help. Kristi is a great trainer. She helps with everything in our department. She is always willing to put forth the extra effort to get things done. She is a joy to work with. She is always upbeat and willing to assist. She has a great attitude and never says "no" to anything and is a role model of Service Excellence. She is a very special and kind person. Kristi wears many hats in our department and wears all of them very well. Kristi has a smile on her face at all times.

Kristi’s Department Director added, “Kristi is truly a team player and a wonderful resource to the Professional Billing staff. She is extremely knowledgeable and has been instrumental with training the billing staff on all the various functions in the billing system. Kristi’s patience, job knowledge, positive attitude and wonderful Service Excellence are just a few of her great qualities.”
