About Dr. Ronald A. Ford, M.D.

Dr. Ford joined All Children’s in 2001 to direct the pediatric hospitalist program on All Children’s main campus. He previously practiced as a hospitalist and emergency department pediatrician at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital in Knoxville, where he also served as the director of Forensic Pediatrics. Dr. Ford is board certified in pediatrics. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Medicine and completed his pediatric residency at the Medical University of South Carolina.

Dr. Ford also provided physician leadership for the development of a clinical decision unit and a palliative care program at ACH and is a member of several medical staff committees.
