Dec. 10 featured families and patients from all across the region and the state - places like Pensacola, North Port, Oldsmar, Thonotosassa, Tampa and St. Petersburg. They shared their stories of expert and compassionate care they received at All Children's Hospital. The success of the 2010 Radiothon began with a commitment from its Presenting Sponsor, Foresters - a life insurance provider committed to the wellbeing of families. In addition to presenting the hospital with a $8,000 check on-air, Foresters volunteers manned phones and stuffed 200 teddy bears to be distributed to young patients at the hospital during the holidays.   "This outpouring of community support truly reflects the spirit of the holiday season - it is greatly appreciated and much needed," says Gary Carnes, President and CEO of All Children's Health System.
