| Dynamic Duo in D.C. to Highlight All Children’s Impact on Families |
Miles has years of experience with All Children’s, having been diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder that sapped his strength. He completed two years of rigorous treatment, including high dose steroids and monthly infusions that would last 12 hours at a time. Deanna was diagnosed with scoliosis, and successfully avoided surgical treatment with the use of a full torso brace. Both are now happy, active teenagers eager to share their story with our representatives in Washington. To share a message with Miles, share a message with Deanna, or to learn more about Family Advocacy Days and the 29 children from 25 hospitals nationwide who will be participating, visit the Family Advocacy Days web site.
