The ACH Hospital Patient Transfer Center makes the process of emergency patient transfers easy and seamless. When time is of the essence, and the life or health of a child hangs in the balance, a single call is now all it takes to open the door to All Children's world-class standard of care.

Transferring your Patient to All Children's Hospital

What you should be ready to provide when you call:

Your name
Referring physician's name and hospital
Your phone number
Patient name, date of birth and weight
Face sheet available to send
Current diagnosis

What you can expect from our Transport Center:

Collect all the above information upon receiving your call
Determine the appropriate physician for acceptance of the transfer
Determine the location where patient will be transferred and bed assignment
Assist with coordinating the mode of transport to assure a timely transfer to our health care facility

Please Note:

All Children's Critical Care Transport Team may be asked to bring your child to All Children's Hospital aboard one of our specially equipped ambulances or helicopters. If this is the case, our transport team will help to answer any questions you may have about next steps in your child's care.
