| A graduate of Williams College (BA) and the University of Rochester (MD), Dr. Danielson completed his general surgery residency at the University of Rochester, a research fellowship in pediatric surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital, and clinical fellowship in pediatric surgery at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles. He was formerly a member of the surgical faculty of the University of Massachusetts where he served as Director of Pediatric Surgical Oncology until moving to All Children’s Hospital to become the Medical Director of the Division of Pediatric Surgery in 2009. Dr. Danielson, a colonel in the US Army Reserve, is a veteran of both the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars.

Dr. Richard P. Harmel joined the pediatric general surgery program at All Children’s Hospital 20 years ago. A graduate of Harvard Medical School, Dr. Harmel completed his surgical training at Massachusetts General Hospital, followed by a pediatric surgery fellowship at Children’s Hospital Medical Center/Harvard University. Before joining All Children’s he was Associate Professor of Surgery at the Ohio State University College of Medicine and Children’s Hospital of Columbus, Ohio. At All Children’s Dr. Harmel has held many positions of leadership on the medical staff and helped guide the opening of the All Children’s Hospital Emergency Center in 1995. He also was original director and founder of the Children’s Hospital-Bayfront Medical Center Joint Pediatric Trauma Program, one of the busiest pediatric trauma programs in Florida.
|Dr. Nicole Chandler is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Worcester, MA, where she completed her general surgical residency. She also was a Research Fellow in Surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, and was principal investigator for a grant that focused on overcoming chemoresistance in pancreatic cancer. In June 2008, Dr. Chandler completed her fellowship in pediatric surgery at Johns Hopkins University Hospital and School of Medicine, Baltimore, with training in laparascopic and advanced miniature access surgery. Dr. Chandler is board certified in both general surgery and pediatric general surgery and is a member of the American College of Surgeons.

|Dr. Walford originates from South Georgia. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia (BS) and Mercer University School of Medicine (MD). She is board certified in general surgery and has done specialty training in critical care medicine. She completed a fellowship in pediatric surgery at the University of Oklahoma.

|Sunny has worked at ACH as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in pediatric trauma since 2003, and has been with the combined Surgery/Trauma service since 2005. She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from The University of North Carolina in 1999, and received her Master’s degree and completed the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program at Vanderbilt University in 2002, and graduated with high honors as a member of The Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. Her previous nursing experience includes pediatric hematology/oncology, emergency medicine, heart/lung transplant, and general surgery. Sunny has worked as a pediatric Nurse at The University of North Carolina Children’s Hospital, Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, and Duke University Children’s Hospital as both a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner and pediatric Nurse. She is nationally board certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner by The Pediatric Nursing Certification Board, and is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, and The American Pediatric Surgical Nurses Association. Sunny has received several nominees for Employee of the Month at All Children’s Hospital throughout her career here, and was a recipient of the All Children’s Hospital Nursing Excellence award in 2006. She is a survivor of pediatric cancer, and enjoys sharing her story with families who are going through difficult health situations with their children. In her free time, Sunny enjoys the beach, traveling, art and music, and spending time with her family and friends.|
|Paul has worked as a board-certified Physician Assistant at ACH since 2006 with the combined Pediatric Surgery/Trauma service. He graduated with honors from Tri-C’s surgical physician assistant program in 2006. He received his B.S. in biology from the University of South Florida in 2000. In addition, he received an A.S. in emergency medical services from St. Petersburg College in 1995. Prior to his career as a physician assistant, Paul spent 10 years working as a field paramedic and emergency medical dispatcher for Sunstar Emergency Medical Services here in Pinellas County. During that tenure, he also trained both new EMT’s and paramedics to Sunstar as well as perspective students from St. Petersburg College. Paul is currently a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Surgical Physician Assistants, and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, sports, music, and spending time with family and friends.|
Tiffany has worked at ACH in Pediatric Trauma/Surgery since May 2012. She graduated with her Bachelor's degree from University of Southern Indiana in 2000. She received her Master's degree in the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program at the University of South Florida in 2011. Her previous nursing experience includes pediatric intensive care, pediatric cardiac intensive care, as well as general medical surgical pediatrics where she served as a charge nurse. She has received her certifications as certified pediatric nurse as well as certified pediatric critical care nurse through The Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. She worked at St. Joseph's Children's Hospital of Tampa for 12 years prior to coming on board at ACH Trauma/Surgery team. She is nationally board certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner by The Pediatric Nursing Certification Board, and is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her two children and husband, sporting events, running, and outdoor activities.
Amanda has worked at ACH in Pediatric Trauma/Surgery since April 2012. She graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Zoology from the University of Florida in 2009. She received her Master's Degree in the Medical Sciences and Physician Assistant Studies from Barry University in 2011. Amanda has been involved in several medical research studies at the University of Florida, including hypertension research through the Pharmcodynamics department and reproductive studies research in the Zoology Department. She is nationally board certified as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Association of Physician Assistants. In her spare time she enjoys watching UF football, going to the beach, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
