Cranberry Spritzer

Note: This recipe is especially for kids with diabetes, but can be a nutritious part of almost anyone's diet.

This is a nice refreshing drink to have on a hot summer day. Be creative and try different flavors of juice!

Prep time: 1 minute

  1. Fill glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add juice and diet soda.
  3. Mix well.

Serves: 1

Variations and suggestions:
Try this recipe with different flavors of juice. Be sure to pay attention to the amount of carbohydrates in the different juices you may use. (The soda doesn't contain any carbohydrates.) Garnish with a lemon, lime, or orange slice.
