The BLOOD BANK Laboratory is certified by the State of Florida (License #800000135) and by the College of American Pathology (License #15309-01) and by CLIA (License #10D0700790). We have participated in quality control tests/surveys administered by the College of American Pathologists and others since 1982.

Florida Licensed Laboratory Supervisor in Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Immunohematology, Molecular Pathology, Serology, Microbiology.
Specimens are accepted 24 hours per day/ 7 days per week.
Located in the Outpatient Care Center, the laboratory is a full service pediatric Blood Bank and is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments including Pro-View and Stago. The Blood Bank also manages Hemosafe dispensers in main hospital.
