Join us for 2011 Taking Diabetes to School

Join us on the first floor of the All Children's Hospital Outpatient Care Center on July 30th for a morning of education and information for families with school-aged children managing their Diabetes.

In addition to the great scheduled presentations below, at Taking Diabetes to School you can:

  • Get help completing school forms from School Nurses who know your County's rules
  • Consult educators and other resources to answer your questions
  • Have the kids enjoy games and activities
  • Get TrialNet Type I Diabetes risk screenings for you family members
