Fall Into Fitness with ACH and the YMCA

Join us Nov 12 at the YMCA!Make Friday night a family night and join us at the YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg on November 12th at 6:30 p.m. Meet special guest Amanda Arlauskas from America's Choice and former contestant on The Biggest Loser (Season 8).  Amanda will talk about her inspiring journey from fat to fitness and the impact that it has had on her life. There's plenty of fun to be had, too --  break a sweat with family Zumba, enjoy healthy snacks,  get your nutrition and fitness questions answered by our Fit4Allkids Experts and learn more about the YMCA. All this, and you'll be registered to win door prizes, too!
