| Annual Estate, Tax, Legal, and Financial Planning Seminar Scheduled for February 10 |
| The All Children's Hospital Foundation's 12th Annual Estate, Tax, Legal, and Financial Planning Seminar will be held on Wednesday, February 10th at the Education and Conference Center, 701 4th Street North, St. Petersburg. The seminar will begin at 8:30a.m. and end promptly at 4:20p.m. The seminar will offer 7 hours of continuing education for Attorneys, Certified Public Accountants, Certified Financial Planners, Trust Officers, Bankers, and CTFAs. This year's topics include: Integrating Charitable and Estate Planning: To Do Well As You Do Good, presented by Turney P. Berry, J.D.; Planning Through Death: Family Limited Partnerships are Alive and Kicking, presented by Stephanie Loomis-Price, J.D.; Practical and Effective Uses of Grantor Trusts, Installment Sales, Private Annuities, and Sometimes Expected Consequences, presented by Jerome M. Hesch, M.B.A., J.D.; Trusts and Strategies for Public Benefits Special Needs Planning 2010, by presented Charles F. Robinson, J.D. and Recent Wealth Transfer Developments, presented by Professor Jeffrey N. Pennell, J.D.. The registration fee is $150 in St. Petersburg and $125 at the webcast locations and includes a complete desk reference manual, hot breakfast, lunch buffet, and snacks.
