Yvonne Cameron is the July 2009 All Children's Hospital Employee of the Month. Yvonne works in Environmental Services as a Housekeeper I and has been with All Children's since 2006. A Mom recognized Yvonne's Service Excellence and nominated her for Employee of the Month honors. The Mom said: 
Yvonne works on 4N during the second shift. Her responsibilities are discharge room cleaning and she cleans approximately 3,200 discharges a year. While completing her duties she always has time for the children on her unit. She has received many Employee of the Month nominations ranging from doing an extra great cleaning job to making wonderful towel animals that bring smiles to children's faces. This nomination regarding patient safety is truly a testament to her caring. We train all our team members to see a problem and own it no matter whose job it is. Yvonne takes that challenge very seriously and reaches out to all the children, family members, and staff at All Children's. This situation had the potential to be a concern, but her actions not only helped the child, but demonstrated to the family what the staff at All Children's is all about and why All Children's Hospital is the pediatric hospital of choice in the Tampa Bay area.
