Tracy Hullett named August 2008 Employee of the Month

Tracy Hullet, All Children's Hospital Employee of the Month - August 2008Tracy works in the NICU as an RN IV and has been with All Children's since 1988. She was nominated for Employee of the Month by one of our kid's father who said:    

I nominate Tracy for Employee of the Month for her compassionate understanding and the concern for our son, my wife's well-being and making me feel comfortable during our trying times while our son was in the hospital.  Tracy just goes above and beyond her regular duties and every time we needed anything, she was always right there.  She is a complete ‘god sent'. She gave us hope and we always felt calm around her.  Tracy even called to tell me the condition of our son if I wasn't able to be at the hospital.  My wife and I see the love she has for our son when we see how gentle she is with him.  We feel safe and so does he - I can tell.

Tracy's Department Director added:

Tracy is an extremely competent nurse who has reached the highest level of clinical achievement in the NICU.  She cares for the most acutely ill patients in the NICU.  Additionally, Tracy has a personality for achievement.  She has been successful at implementing the supply PYXIS system in NICU 1 this summer across all of the pods.  This took a lot of additional time and commitment on her behalf as well as collaboration with Central Distribution and other team members.  Tracy followed through on this project to completion and the result was a very successful implementation. 

Tracy, thank you for your outstanding Service Excellence, your wonderful patient and family care, and all you do for All Children's Hospital.  Congratulations for being selected the All Children's Hospital Employee of the Month!
