This position is responsible for the direct support of the Director Quality Resources and respective staff. Under the direction of the Director this position provides office management, secretarial support, and data entry functions for the Quality Resources Department.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. At least 3 years of previous administrative support experience required with one year of office management experience. Health care experience preferred. Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and be highly flexible. Must be skilled in current technology including a strong working knowledge of a wide variety of integrated computer software applications including Microsoft Office applications, Internet, etc.) and proficiency with data entry and use of spreadsheets. Must demonstrate a positive can-do attitude and ability to relate well with a diverse population. Must have ability to handle information, some of which is highly confidential, in a professional manner
