Performs a variety of support duties during the evening shift, including Friday and Saturday. Assists the Call Center by functioning in several clerical capacities including hospital switchboard, telephone triage and other Call Center programs.
High School Graduate or GED required. Minimum of two years previous experience in a Medical office/clinic environment or Switchboard experience required. Must have ability to work independently and prioritize. Must be organized and detailed oriented with ability to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism in difficult situations. Must have excellent telephone communication skills. Must have strong computer skills and ability to work with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel
