Marketing Coordinator

Description: Coordinates office work flow and projects. Manages departmental schedule and project deliverable due dates. Assists with project prioritization and ensures tasks are sequenced to meet established deadlines. Provides administrative support to the Associate Vice President (AVP) and other division staff, including responsibility for all daily office operations.
Requirements: High school diploma required. Advanced business, project management, event planning, computer, marketing courses, Associate or Bachelor degree preferred. Must present a minimum of five years executive secretarial/administrative assistant experience or related experience in marketing, event planning or advertising. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of organizational levels. Medical terminology or healthcare related experience helpful. Proficient computer skills including the use of project management software, advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications. Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of organizational levels. Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once. Must have ability to be diplomatic and appropriately represent All Children's Hospital. Must have strong phone skills, filing alphabetically, creating and managing inventory. Must be able to organize/file a large array of information (files) in a consistent manner. Able to work independently, prioritize, and organize departmental workflow. Requires ability to produce work on demand and within short time frames. Requires ability to multi-task. Ability to utilize office equipment and possess familiarity w/office procedures
