Provides secretarial support to meet the needs of the Risk Management department.
High school diploma, Associate degree preferred. 4-5 years of clerical experience including two years in a medical setting required. Advanced computer skills, including the ability to use several software programs simultaneously and navigate websites related to patient care activities. Must be good at working with numbers and detail orientation. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to demonstrate positive interpersonal skills required. The ability to work effectively within a high energy, fast paced setting and multi-task with minimal supervision is essential. Able to work independently, prioritize, and have exceptional organizational skills. Speak, read, and write English. Demonstrates proficiency in English/grammar, medical terminology, advanced word processing, and various software programs such as Word, Excel, Publisher, CE Broker, and CHEX.
