(Nutrition) Daily review of orders for Formula, Unit-dose and Expressed Breast milk (EBM) feedings for patients throughout All Children's Hospital; preparation of bulk Formulas and Unit-dosed EBM in ready-to-feed form according to prescribers' order and Dietitians' recipe. Transportation of EBM from Mother's Milk Depot to Formula/EBM Preparation Room and inventory maintenance. Delivery of formula and EBM to patient care areas.
High School Diploma or GED required. Active Florida Pharmacy Technician Registration in the State of Florida. Completion of a Pharmacy Technician training program preferred. Competency in the preparation of sterile and compounding products required. Math Proficiency Exam Score > 90%. Proficiency Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel, Outlook. Proficiency in operating and maintaining minor equipment. Individuals with prior hospital or pharmacy experience will be given preference.
