Serves as receptionist and office support for the West Central Early Steps Program locations in St. Petersburg, Eastlake and Lutz
High School graduate. A minimum of one year experience in an office or reception setting. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Good data entry/computer skills required. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Position is primarily sedentary. Requires sitting, stooping, bending and lifting up to 35 lbs. Ability to handle stress effectively as a result of frequent interruptions. Will have access to information which must be treated with confidentiality. Frequent use of personal computer and multiple computer systems, requiring repetitive motion of hands, wrists and fingers. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Visual and auditory acuity to use computer and use of the telephone. Must be able to prioritize work assignments and take care of patient medical records. Requires frequent travel to outreach locations. Must have reliable transportation and maintain a valid FL driver's license.
