Provides secretarial support to Rehabilitative Services Administration (RSA)
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Three years of secretarial experience required. Proficient in computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel. Requires ability to stoop, crouch, and reach to retrieve files. Mobility to move about the Hospital campus required. Requires light work (exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally). Visual and auditory acuity to operate general office equipment required. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Needs ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Good interpersonal skills are essential for this position. Basic math skills are required for statistical and other reports. Must be able to work independently and prioritize secretarial tasks. Requires ability to produce work on demand and within short time frames. Needs ability to effectively deal with stress. Strong organizational skills required. Medical terminology helpful.
