EXPERIENCE IN LEADING A PROCEDURAL TEAM IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS: CVOR, CATH LAB, ELECTROPHYSIOLOGY, INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGYAND/OR PERIANESTHESIA CARE UNIT.
The Clinical Leader facilitates implementation of health promotion and prevention practice within a collaborative and interdisciplinary care setting. The CL demonstrates leadership, experience and creative approaches in the management of complex patient care in a defined population or clinical setting.
Ability to perform physical activity, including, but not limited to: repetitive motions, feeling, grasping, fingering (pinching, typing, handling, etc.) lifting, pulling, pushing, walking, standing, reaching, crouching, and stooping. Current licensure in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse, BSN A minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree and three to five years of clinical nursing experience required. In addition, qualified candidates will possess the knowledge and skills to effectively apply all aspects of the nursing process and care management principles. Cognitive skill required to safely administer medication. Physical ability to perform all aspects of patient care, including CPR on all patients ranging in age from neonate to adult. Read write/speak and understand English. Auditory, Sensory and visual ability to assess and provide nursing care. Ability to effectively interact with patients, families, physicians, ancillary and support staff. Ability to effectively manage within an environment of emotional and physical stress
