Digital Coordinator

Description: Reporting to the Communications Director, this position will create, sustain and measure the Foundation’s digital media presence to build awareness and increase donor prospects and overall giving. The position will be responsible for the overall digital communications strategy and objectives by donor segment in order to execute the most effective digital campaigns, dynamic content and tools. Throughout all functions, this position will work collaboratively with Marketing and eHealth & Interactive Services.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years hands-on professional experience in digital communications required. Track record of successfully executing social media strategies, email campaigns and website(s). Deep understanding of and passion for social media strategy, functionality, trends, dynamics, etc. Exceptional time management skills and accountability. Ability to meet tough deadlines and juggle multiple projects. Strong oral and written communication skills in order to draft and proofread external digital communications. Must demonstrate the ability to master new and/or unfamiliar software and applications quickly. Experience with Convio software preferred. Basic understanding of HTML required; basic understanding of CSS and the principles of web design preferred. Ability to solve problems and think strategically. Positive, collaborative attitude and approach to getting work done
