Description:The Grants Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining quality, comprehensive systems for all phases of sponsored research activity with a particular emphasis on the systems for clinical research activity.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Health Care Management or related health sciences discipline is required.
Previous experience working with sponsored activity (grants and contracts) is preferred.
Hospital and/or professional services billing experience/knowledge is also preferred.
Strong financial and analytical skills are required.
Capability of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision and in a time sensitive environment.
Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
Experience with spread sheet and word processing computer applications is required.
Ability to handle confidential issues with discretion.
