Under the supervision of the Department Director provides professional pastoral care assessments and services to patients, families, and staff and integrates these assessments and services into the interdisciplinary team.
College graduate and Masters degree from an accredited theological seminary or equivalent training. Ordination and denominational endorsement. One year of Clinical Pastoral Education. Eligible for Board Certification. Must have a record of successfully demonstrating the ability to work well with people of diverse faith groups, effective communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to understand and react effectively to the age specific needs unique to assigned patients. Requires flexible work hours. Experience in an acute care pediatric setting
