Responsible for disposing of trash, washing of pots and pans, sweeping and mopping kitchen floors. Maintains a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment. Complies with Health Department, HACCP, OSHA and JCAHO standards while performing job duties.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Fundamental skills in reading, writing of the English language required. The ability to utilize basic math to count and reconcile cash register receipts. Ability to represent the Food Service Department using courtesy and guest relations. Must complete various training programs as assigned. Good interpersonal and communication skills necessary. Must have good personal hygiene. May be required to work flexible days and hours
