Reporting to the Vice President, Foundation, this position is responsible for managing all administrative aspects of the campaign, which includes the campaign timeline, naming opportunities, inventory reports, donor capacity analysis, pipeline development, communications and materials. Works effectively and closely with communications director, special events and stewardship managers, data team and major gift team members to ensure collaboration and teamwork are in play for achieving short and long term goals for the campaign.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree and 7 years of relevant fundraising management experience required. Experience in a large, complex non-profit organization with campaign management preferred. Must have demonstrated ability to develop productive networks and relationships within a large organization; must have demonstrated knowledge of,and familiarity with, cutting edge methods and modes of campaign management. Must have extensive experience in successfully utilizing verbal and written communication skills. Manages work independently. Works with the ACH/JHM decision making process. Uses strong analytical skills and problem solving to improve processes. Must be an effective and efficient communicator with the ability to assess and understand situations quickly and clearly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must
