Under the direction of the Executive Director, oversees ACSP physician practice operations. Sets priorities for and directs activities of practice managers. Serves as a liaison between ACSP practices and other health system departments.
Requirements:
Must have nursing background with a Masters degree in health care related field required. Minimum of 7 years supervisory/ management experience with a minimum of 5 years experience in physician group practice management. Experience with productivity analysis and/or time and motion studies helpful. Knowledge of professional billing and reimbursement issues. Good verbal and written communication skills required. Good interpersonal and organizational skills required. Basic math, light typing, word processing, and medical terminology required. Must demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills. Ability to be assertive yet diplomatic in difficult situations required. Visual and auditory acuity to operate general office equipment required. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English well. Ability to handle highly confidential issues with discretion. Needs ability to deal effectively with stressful situations and in an environment with multiple interruptions
