iRIS (Integrated Research Information System)

 All Children's Hospital uses iRIS^® for the management and regulatory compliance of research. iRIS^® is comprised of a suite of web-based modules designed to help create, manage and process research applications. iRIS^® integrates Clinical Study management, Institutional Review Board management, Compliance management, Contract management, Grants management, and more.

• Review Board Assistant module: Provides electronic processing of applications coupled with a streamlined method of disbursement of information to the Key Study Personnel and IRB members.
• The Study Assistant module: This module provides the capabilities for managing all aspects of a clinical study including study planning, participant requirements (recruiting, screening, and enrollment), scheduling, case report forms, budgeting, and more.
• The Grants and Contracts Assistant module: This module facilitates the internal routing of a funding application from pre-award, to post-award, to grant closeout.
