All Children's Hospital is guided by ethical principals regarding research involving human subjects as set forth in the report of the National Commission For the Protection of Human Subjects Biomedical and Behavioral Research entitled, Ethical Principles and Guidelines For the Protection of Human Research ("The Belmont Report" - Appendix C). In addition, the requirements set forth in Title 45, Part 46 of the Code of Federal Regulations will be met for all applicable DHHS -funded research, except for the requirements for reporting information to DHHS, all other research without regard to source of funding.
