Any adult, 21 years of age or older, who is interested in and willing to uphold the purposes of this organization shall be eligible for membership. The All Children's Hospital Guild has adopted a policy of inclusion in regards to membership, activities, and programs. Discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, familial status, or religious beliefs is strictly prohibited.
Annual Active Members shall be subject to all the duties and responsibilities of the Guild and shall engage actively in the projects of the organization. Each member must tour the hospital within their first year and every other year thereafter and are encouraged to attend the Council's General Meeting in May. Annual Active members must give hours of service on Branch projects and shall attend meetings regularly. They shall be entitled to vote, hold office and recruit new members. Annual Active members who have not shown active participation for two consecutive Guild years shall be given the option of renewing their membership at the Supporting level. Membership in the All Children's Hospital Guild as an Annual Active member is $20.00 per year plus a $25.00 administrative fee due by March 31st of each calendar year. A new Membership form must be completed and signed each year.
Life Active Members shall receive all the privileges listed under the Annual Active Membership classification. The dues are $150.00 one time fee due by March 31st of the year. A Membership form must be completed and signed each year, but they do not have to pay annual dues each year. However, Life Active Member do pay a $25.00 annual assessment fee due by March 31st of each calendar year.
Annual Supporting Members must have been an Active member for at least one year. They may recruit new members and are expected to support the activities of the Branch. Annual Supporting members do not have voting privileges and may not hold office within the Guild. A Membership form must be completed and signed each year. The dues to the Guild are $50.00 annually and are due on March 31st of each calendar year.
Life Supporting Members shall receive all the privileges listed under the Supporting Membership classification. Life Supporting members may change their classification from year to year. The dues are $150.00 one time fee due on March 31st. A Membership form must be completed each year, but Life Supporting members do not have to pay dues nor assessments each year.
Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month, September through May with the exception of December, at The Club Treasure Island. Social time at 10am and meeting at 10:30am, followed by a buffet lunch. Meetings will be announced at prior meetings and notified via email.
