Description

This class provides an overview of what to expect now that you are pregnant! Discomforts you may experience as your body is changes. We will offer recommendations for nutrition and exercise to help you and baby be healthier! It is a great opportunity to ask questions and to interact with other Fit4AllMoms participants.
