From Zoe’s Garden to Our Plates

families teamed up with Tyson Grant, Executive Chef of Park Shore Grill and Master Gardener Beatrice for a tasty and very special culinary experience in Zoe's Edible Garden at All Children's Hospital. Families learned about plants, herbs and had the opportunity to harvest the greens, herbs and citrus to create a few tasty dishes. Together with Tyson's guidance and expertise, the families prepared kohlrabi slaw, collard greens and fresh brewed tea complete with allspice, Meyer lemons and lemon grass straight from Zoe's Garden to the table.
