Glazer Family Foundation Hosts Special Party for ACH Patients
Members of the Glazer Family Foundation hosted a special party for patients at All Children's Hospital on November 14. The event included cupcakes, a bear bean bag toss, a honey pot bumble bee game and face painting. The kids also got to choose a special gift of a teddy bear, football or a pom pom.
Since 1999, All Children's Hospital has benefitted from the Glazer Family Foundation's "Cheering You On!" program which provides a Buccaneers teddy bear to every child admitted to All Children's and other hospitals in the Central Florida area. The bears help to provide kids with a measure of reassurance and security at a difficult time. The Foundation expects to pass the half-million mark in donated bears in 2012.
