The team behind our hip-hop hand-washing video, "Scrub A Dub-Dub" is in the running for yet another prestigious award.
The Creative Services Department's work on "Scrub" generated an Emmy nomination from the Suncoast Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS). The video is in the running for honors in the Children/Youth/Teens category. This is the fifth Emmy nomination for our Creative Services staff - Bill Greene, Ann Miller and Mike Sexton. Both Ann and Bill already have two Emmy statuettes to proudly display for their video productions at All Children's.
A record 972 entries were submitted for Emmy consideration from television stations, production companies and facilities like All Children's Creative Services Department in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana and Puerto Rico. The winners will be announced on December 3rd at a gala awards celebration to be held at the Westin Beach Resort and Spa in Ft. Lauderdale.
Earlier this year, "Scrub" was honored with four Telly Awards and the Mark of Excellence President's Award presented by the Florida Society for Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations.
