Fall into Fitness was lots of fun for over 200 children and their parents who packed the gym at the YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg on Sat. Nov 13.
Amanda Arlauskas from TV's Biggest Loser, talked about her weight loss journey and encouraged everyone to believe that anything is possible. Amanda also took time to pose for family photos. Two high energy instructors got the crowd exercising with a fun and heart pounding Zumba class.
There were also plenty of tasty and healthy snacks provided by Fresh Go.
