Congratulations to Dr. Daniel Leonard who was named "Resident of the Quarter." He was nominated by the NICU night shift nursing staff, who commented that:

"Dr. Leonard has had many busy nights in the NICU and has always handled himself in a calm and diligent manner. Following one critical event, which required immediate intervention, Dr. Leonard explained all of the events to the parents. He candidly presented the relevant facts in a manner the family could easily understand and relate to. His demeanor and honesty comforted the family."
