Football players, cheerleaders and team mascots from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and Rutgers University visited the patients at All Children's on Friday, Dec. 18. The teams were in town to compete in the 2nd Annual St. Petersburg Bowl at Tropicana Field. The game features teams from the Big East Conference and Conference USA.
Mike Alstott, former Tampa Bay Buccaneer served as honorary chairman of the St. Petersburg Bowl. He joined the teams and other bowl officials on their tour of the hospital.
