Sylvia M. Ameen has been promoted to Associate Vice President of Leadership Giving for All Children's Hospital Foundation.
 Ameen has been with the All Children's Hospital since 1989. In 2003 she was named Director, Capital Campaign/Major & Planned Gifts, directing a $75 million capital campaign for the new All Children's Hospital. Her other responsibilities include: oversight of major and planned gifts, leadership of the Estate, Tax & Financial Planning Continuing Education Seminar, and annual fundraising events like the VIP Auction and Michael Andretti Foundation Gala.
During her tenure at the Foundation, she has provided leadership of the Development Council, a group of community volunteers who raise funds for the Foundation and raise awareness of All Children's work. In 2007 Ameen secured a $3 million individual commitment to All Children's, the largest in its history.
Ameen holds a B.A. from Eckerd College and is a Certified Fundraising Executive. She has chaired several committees of the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy, Southeast Region.
She is a member of Suncoasters and previously was on the board of the Suncoast Estate Planning Council.
Cynthia (Cindy) A. Rose has been promoted to Associate Vice President, Marketing and Community Relations at All Children's Hospital and Health System.
 Rose has been Administrative Director of Marketing since 1999. Her responsibilities include oversight of Marketing, Community Relations, Physician Outreach, SAFE KIDS, Community Education & Advocacy, eHealth (website), Call Center, Medical Library, Continuing Medical Education and Conference Planning and Volunteer Resources. Rose also holds a leadership role with the annual A Taste of Pinellas festival that is part of the All Children's Hospital Telethon.
She holds Bachelor's of Science and Master's of Arts degrees in community/public health from Kent State University. Her 25 years of health care experience include management positions at All Children's, The Cleveland Clinic, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Pediatric Health Alliance.
During her tenure as Administrative Director of Marketing, Rose has led the reorganization of the marketing division and e-health/ web initiatives. She helped develop, implement, and secure funding for the Fit4Allkids Weight Management for Families program now offered in multiple counties and led the creation of the voice4allkids legislative advocacy program.
She is a member of the Downtown St. Petersburg Rotary and serves on the board of the St. Petersburg Free Clinic.
