Gina, a CCRN, is the epitome of a critical care nurse. She is more than motivated to share her vast knowledge base. She is aggressively sought after as a preceptor. She is kind, patient, and understanding with staff, patients and families. Gina is able to make amazing bonds with her families. Gina enjoys a very strong relationship with her MD colleges and is a serious patient advocate.
