All Children's Specialty Physicians is a group-practice plan at All Children's Hospital that includes more than 100 physicians in 15 pediatric medical and surgical programs.
Our physicians work together using a collaborative leadership model, with each practice led by a medical director. Neonatologist Roberto Sosa, M.D., is president of All Children's Specialty Physicians.

In providing the full-spectrum of pediatric subspecialty care and services, All Children’s Hospital uses a variety of physician subspecialty practices, including All Children’s Specialty Physicians, physician groups in private practice, and physicians employed by the University of South Florida College of Medicine.
