About Dr. Elena Dolskaya, M.D.Dr. Elena Dolskaya was born in Kiev, Ukraine, where she began her professional career as a midwife, performing her first delivery at age 18. After immigrating to the United States in 1991, Dr. Dolskaya continued her education at New York University and then graduated from the Ross University School of Medicine. After a general surgery internship at Union Memorial Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland, Dr. Dolskaya completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Sinai Hospital, also in Baltimore. Dr. Dolskaya is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In addition to comprehensive obstetrical care, her special interests include adolescent gynecology and menopause management, along with comprehensive obstetrical care. Dr. Dolskaya is fluent in Russian and English. Board Certifications
