All Children's Specialty Physicians

All Children’s Specialty Physicians is a group-practice plan at All Children’s Hospital that includes more than 100 physicians in 15 pediatric medical and surgical programs.  

Our physicians work together using a collaborative leadership model, with each practice led by a medical director. Neonataologist Roberto Sosa, M.D., is president of All Children’s Specialty Physicians. 

All Children’s Specialty Physicians are employees of All Children’s not-for-profit practice plan. They share the mission and vision of All Children’s Hospital and its commitment to serving our region’s children. The employed-physician model is used in most of the nation’s leading children’s hospitals.

The All Children’s Specialty Physicians practices participate in most major insurance plans and share the mission of All Children’s Hospital in providing care to all children regardless of ability to pay.

In providing the full-spectrum of pediatric subspecialty care and services, All Children’s Hospital uses a variety of physician subspecialty practices, including All Children’s Specialty Physicians, physician groups in private practice, and physicians employed by the University of South Florida College of Medicine.
