The MISSION of the consortium is to assist the St. Petersburg Healthy Start Federal Project (Project) in establishing a community voice and raise awareness to address social and economic factors that cause poor health, infant mortality and low birth rates in the African American community.
The PURPOSE is to:
- Serve as an advisory board to the Project and make recommendation about program services and their delivery.
- Promote the health and well being among families within their communities.
- Collaborate with community organizations to sponsor events that raise awareness in the efforts to reduce and maintain a low infant mortality rates.

Where does C.R.E.E.D. meet?
At All Children's Education and Conference Center.
When does the group meet?
They meet every 2nd Monday of each month from 6:00-7:30pm
Is there a membership fee?
No, there is not a fee.
Can anyone participate?
Yes, everyone is welcomed.
