About Dr. Shirley Jankelevich, M.D.A graduate of Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, NY, Dr. Jankelevich completed her residency in pediatrics at Yale University School of Medicine – Yale New Haven Hospital. She remained at Yale for a fellowship in pediatric infectious disease and served on the faculty as an attending physician and assistant professor of pediatrics. She was honored as a Junior Faculty Scholar in Molecular Genetics at Yale’s Boyer Center for Molecular Medicine. Before joining All Children’s Hospital in 2008, Dr. Jankelevich was Assistant Director Division of Acute Disease Epidemiology and Immunization Division of the South Caroline Department of Health. Previously she was with the National Institutes of Health, first as Senior Clinical Investigator for the Pediatric HIV Working Group of the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and later as Medical Officer of the Therapeutics Research Program, Pediatric Medicine Branch, Division of AIDS, for the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Dr. Jankelevich is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric infectious diseases and is a member of the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society. Board Certifications
