The craniofacial and craniomaxillofacial surgery program provides care for children with problems that affect the head, neck and jaw, including cleft palate, Pierre-Robin sequence, craniosynostosis, midfacial hypoplasia and numerous rare genetic syndromes that involve the anatomy of the face and skull. The Craniofacial Team includes pediatric surgical specialists and other child health professionals in an interdisciplinary effort that includes speech-language therapy, nutrition, developmental pediatrics, pediatric dentistry and orthodontics.
