In addition to the Fit4Allkids program, the Pediatric Wellness program at All Children's Hospital offers opportunities for young people to participate in and enjoy exercise.
Kids in Motion: Fun Fitness for Ages 9-12
The Pediatric Wellness Program at All Children's now has a Kids In Motion class every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 5:30 to 6:30pm. This class is for 9-12 year olds  and uses child-friendly games and activities to address cardiovascular fitness, general strengthening and flexibility. The classes will run for eight-week sessions throughout the year and the cost for each session is $50.00 per child.
Also Available... Personal Training (for up to age 21)
The Pediatric Wellness Program also offers personal training sessions for children up to age 21 years old. Personal training is one on one with your child. A program will be designed based on individual goals using age appropriate activities and equipment. These sessions are scheduled by appointment, with many afternoon and evening times available. The cost is $30.00 for 4 one-hour sessions or $50.00 for 8 one-hour sessions.
