Welcome to All Children’s Hospital! Our policy requires each vendor to register with the Materials Management department, and for all medical and equipment vendors to sign-in and out upon each visit at any All Children’s Health System campus.
Registration Information
All Children's personnel will not conduct business with any vendor who has not registered with Materials Management. Direct soliciting by any medical vendor is prohibited. Please see the following links to get more information about registration and to register online.
Sign-In Information
Hospital sign-in locations on the St. Petersburg Campus are designated as follows:

Central Distribution (4:30PM - 8AM, M-F. 24 Hours on Weekends & Holidays) Location: Basement of Main Hospital Building

Outreach Centers ( Get Maps and Directions): Vendors must sign in and sign out at the Reception desk during normal business hours.
Pharmacy vendors, repairmen and delivery personnel are excluded from this sign-in policy. With the exception of medical vendors, outside parties that want to do business with ACHS, but are not yet registered, are permitted on ACHS campuses as guests. All quests must sign-in at the front desk and obtain a visitors badge upon entering the hospital building.
ACHS personnel are not obligated to meet with medical vendors in any manner. Materials Management reserves the right to discontinue service by any individual vendor representative. All medical supply and equipment vendor appointments have to be approved in advance by Director of Materials Management.
