All Children's Hospital celebrated Earth Day on April 22 at Zoe's Edible Garden with a cooking demonstration and live butterfly release. The event was led by Chef Tyson Grant of Parkshore Grill who lost his daughter Zoe in 2009 and dedicated the garden at the hospital in her memory. The fresh herbs, vegetables and fruit grown in the garden are used by the hospital and Grant's own culinary staff.

In addition, to the cooking demonstration with fresh food used from Zoe's Garden, students from Bay Point Elementary attended the event and decorated the wings of artificial butterflies that included messages of well wishes to patients at the hospital. The students also released thousands of live butterflies as part of the Earth Day celebration.
