All Children’s is a 216-bed regional pediatric referral center providing
access to care in virtually all the pediatric medical and surgical subspecialty
areas. The facility includes a 60 bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and two
pediatric intensive care units that provide critical care support to acutely ill
children and patients who are recovering from complex surgeries. In 2005, the
Hospital provided more than 12,000 surgeries, approximately 9,300 inpatient
admissions and nearly 256,000 outpatient visits, including more than 33,000
emergency center visits.
