Clinical Research

Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Program/Cancer Research

The Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Program has an active clinical research program which includes involvement in national research consortium studies, foundation-supported studies and ACH investigator-initiated research protocols.

Pediatric Clinical Research Center (PCRC)

The Pediatric Clinical Research Center (PCRC) offers to investigators a resource infrastructure providing support for study implementation including clinical nursing and study coordination, biostatistics consultation, research computing, and state of the art laboratory resources for sample processing and storage.

Outcomes and Health Policy Research

The emphasis of All Children’s Outcomes and Health Policy Research  is the improvement of the quality, safety and outcomes of hospital care for children and adolescents. The primary research aims include exploring the relationship between the volume and outcomes of identified diseases or procedures; examining the relationship between policy and organizational characteristics and child health outcomes; and investigating the quality and outcome of care in children with chronic conditions and special health care needs. The majority of research is conducted using secondary analysis of large state level and national level administrative databases.

Sponsored Research

This office provides nursing and study coordination services principally for industry sponsored pharmaceutical and device studies.
